AAII Pittsburgh Chapter

Chapter Mission

AAII local chapters, grassroots organizations led by volunteer AAII members, allow AAII to extend its mission "person to person" to individual investors in their own communities by programming meetings that provide unbiased investment education in a social context.

Pittsburgh Chapter

The AAII Local Chapter in Pittsburgh, PA holds regular meetings at the Westinghouse Research Center on the 3rd Tuesday of alternate months. Basic investment methods are presented at 6:30 PM before the 7:30 featured speaker.  Each January our focus is the Annual Economic Review. In the summer we have our annual Picnic in the Park investing workshop.  Other Saturday investing workshops are held as the opportunity arises.

Special Interest Groups & SIG Leaders

All Special Interest Groups (SIGs) meet separately. SIG meetings are held at the Westinghouse Research Center with the exception of the Getting Started SIG which meets at the Sewickley, PA library. The chapter currently sponsors 5 SIGs.
